Owner Steven J. Hirsch has more than 25 years experience. Residents and investors know Steve as an ethical person who focuses on the satisfaction of everyone around him serving as sales agent, general partner and property manager for all of his properties.

Being successful in business is in Steve’s DNA. His grandfather, a lifelong mentor, was a CPA and tax lawyer. The younger Mr. Hirsch worked for the elder’s Manhattan firm through college years. In addition Steve’s father worked multifamily real estate his entire life. The young Steve spent his summer vacation learning every part of the real estate ownership business from painting and cleaning apartments, to responding to tenant complaints and partner needs.
